The Internet Data Center is a State-of-the-Art facility. Built adjacent to the fiber landing points for the ARCOS and Americas II, clients have guaranteed connectons to three seperate marine fiber cable systems. Peering arrangements are in place with: Sprint, Internap, MCI, Global Crossing and AT&T. Dedicated and burstable bandwidth available from 2Mb - 465Mb and growing. The facilities are completely secured in a fully climate controlled collocation area that requires biometric identification verification for access. Secured 19” cabinets that rest on ventilated thru floor tiles are protected by an Inergen fire suppression system. For reliability and to ensure the constant supply of electric power, the Data Center is equipped with its own onsite backup diesel generators.
Hosting > Network Operation Center
The Network Operations Center (NOC) provides guaranteed service levels, proactively monitoring your e-business environment 24/7, 365 days a year. This round the clock monitoring together with management of firewalls, authentication, Virtual Private Networks and intrusion detection systems ensure results you can count on. The trained staff at the NOC can also assist with the back-up and restoration of data, hardware maintenance or installation.
