PartyGaming founder Anurag Dikshit sells £105m stake

LONDON, England -- Partygaming founder Anurag Dikshit has sold his remaining stake in the company, the Dail Mail reported.

Dikshit's sale of 38.8m shares generated £105m for his charity, the Kusuma Trust, The Daily Mail said.

Partygaming is currently engaged in talks on a possible merger, the report noted.
