Betsson granted online sports betting license in Germany

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Betsson Sportsbook has applied for and received clearance from Darmstadt Regional Council to operate online sports betting throughout Germany.

Besides the sports betting licenses which have now been granted, the New Interstate Treaty, which paves the way for the regulation and opening up of the market for online slots and poker in Germany, is scheduled to come into force on 1 July.
