CasinoCoin welcomes new Advisory Board member

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The CasinoCoin Foundation, a nonprofit entity supporting the blockchain-powered payment solution CasinoCoin (CSC), today announced the appointment of Lydia Barbara, Head of Innovation Strategy at Microgaming, to their advisory board.

Lydia will join several other senior industry professionals with a wealth of knowledge and experience across the global gaming and casino industry.

Barbara said, “I’m delighted to be able to take part in the early stages of such an exciting project. The breadth and diversity of experience across the board is impressive, and I look forward to working with the CasinoCoin team and board on bringing this revolutionary payment solution to market.”

The CasinoCoin advisory board was formed last October to support the development and growth of the cryptocurrency. Lydia will work alongside the other board members: Britt Boeskov, CPO Kindred Group; Lee Fenton, CEO Gamesys; Jeffrey Haas, Chief International Officer DraftKings; Sam Hobcraft; CEO OPL Gaming Group; David Sargeant, Founder of iGaming Ideas; James Scicluna, Co-Founder & Partner of WH Partners; Morten Tonnesen, CEO Ve Global; and Luke Webster, MD Knox Private Office.

Lydia has been with Microgaming, global supplier of award-winning online gaming software, since 2009 and has worked across multiple verticals within the business. She was recently voted one of the 10 most influential women in the online gaming industry by judges for iGaming Business.

An innovation expert, with many years’ experience within the gaming sector, Lydia is also a non-executive chair at the Isle of Man Department for Enterprise Digital Agency board, supporting the growth of the digital sector in the Isle of Man.
