Catena Media appoints Daly as new CEO

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The Board of Directors of Catena Media plc announces that Michael Daly has been appointed CEO of Catena Media effective 1 March 2021. Interim CEO Göran Blomberg then resumes his position as Chairman of the Board and Öystein Engebretsen resumes the role of Board Member.

Mr. Daly has been in charge of Catena Media’s U.S. operations since April 2018 and during this time this market has grown into a highly profitable business. Prior to this role he held numerous positions within the iGaming and the Casino industry, such as Executive Vice President North America for GAN, CEO Automated Cash Systems, and Vice President Online Gaming SHFL Entertainment.

“It has been exciting working with Catena Media’s US growth engine these last few years,” said Daly. “And now the opportunity to work directly with all our global teams is even more exhilarating, as it is a much bigger growth engine.”
