Dallas resident wins $3.2 million at Choctaw Casino

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Dallas area resident hit it big last night at Choctaw Casino Resort. The man’s three-dollar bet turned into $3.2 million when he hit the jackpot on the Megabucks Double Diamond slot machine. The man, who asked to remain anonymous, was visiting the resort for the first time this weekend with his family.

“This has been a phenomenal week with so many large jackpot winners. We had the largest table games progressive jackpot ever at the property when an Austin resident won $750,000, a $243,000 slot machine jackpot and last night a $3 million-dollar winner,” states Jeff Penz, general manager for Choctaw Casino & Resort - Durant. “While jackpots over $1 million is very common at Choctaw, this $3.2 million-dollar jackpot is our largest to date. The slot machine is considered a “wide area progressive” machine, meaning its continually mounting jackpot is not only drawn from players at Choctaw Casino Resort, but from other casinos across the country.
