(PRESS RELEASE) -- Casino Cash Trac, the leading provider of Casino Audit Systems (CAS), announced today that
Downstream Casino Resort has completed the installation of CasinoInsight including InsightAnalytics. By selecting CasinoInsight for their Downstream Casino Resort, the Quapaw Tribe will automate all Cage/Vault and Revenue Audit transactions at the 70,000-square-foot venue, featuring over 2,000 slot machines.
Downstream becomes the newest member of the Casino Cash Trac family, which now serves more than 50 casinos in multiple states. Kent Jones, CFO for Downstream Casino, relays that "Casino Cash Trac will provide us with the ability to analyze the data, track all transactions and give us immediate benefits and the ability to spend time making decisions versus doing manual work. This system is user friendly, flexible and practical, scalable and is substantially more cost effective than our older platform." Kent continues, "By choosing CasinoInsight, we did not have to reinvent the wheel or spend valuable resources developing in-house solutions."
CCT's VP of Finance Kurt Williams said, "We are extremely pleased in Downstream Casino's confidence in our solution and the full suite of products. We look forward to providing the Quapaw Tribe with state-of-the-art solutions that not only help grow revenues today, but also provide a technology-driven road map for the future."
Casino Insight was created to manage casino cage operations, vault and revenue audit. Its premier modules include Insight Cage/Vault, Insight Revenue Audit and Insight Analytics. CCT tools allow customers to manage their operation more effectively by spending less time with spreadsheets and more time making decisions.
"We're thrilled to be working alongside leadership at Downstream because they inherently understand how system technology is leveraged to produce real-world conclusions on their patron experience encompassing the entire spectrum of amenities," said Kurt Williams. "It will allow them the benefit of real-time data on evolving market demographics both locally and for the gaming industry as a whole."
