ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Veteran gaming executive
Harvey Perkins has joined Spectrum Gaming Group as vice president in charge of
gaming analysis, overseeing audits in such areas as casino operations and
marketing.
Perkins has nearly three decades of operational experience in the gaming
industry, most of them in high-level management positions. He has served as a
senior executive at the Showboat and Sands in Atlantic City, and at Harrah's
New Orleans.
Perkins will also oversee the international gaming consultancy's entry
into new lines of business, including customer-service audits. His expertise
ranges over many areas, from feasibility to market studies to detailed
financial analysis of the casino industry. He will also contribute to Michael
Pollock's Gaming Industry Observer (http://www.gamingobserver.com), Spectrum's
award-winning newsletter that analyzes gaming trends.
