FSB names Garry Pattenden operations director

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Sportsbook platform provider FSB Technology (U.K.) Ltd has appointed Garry Pattenden as its new operations director, with the firm bolstering its operational delivery team to help service the 10 new B2B licensees it signed last year.

Pattenden, who joins FSB Tech having spent more than a decade as commercial director of mobile technology company Safari Mobile (UK), will assume the role, which oversees product delivery.

Within Pattenden's remit will be compliance, customer support, payments, supplier contracts, reporting, product specification, QA acceptance, account management and platform hosting.

The new director will draw on a wealth of global experience including stints at major management and operational consultancies in the U.S., Australia and Japan.
