Games Valley appoints former Bragg and Aristocrat executive as CFO

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Leading games aggregator Games Valley has appointed Shaun Hart as its Chief Financial Officer, strengthening its executive leadership team as the company continues its expansion across regulated markets.

Hart brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience spanning multiple industries. His career includes senior roles across the iGaming sector, most recently serving as Finance Director at Bragg Gaming Group. He notably also served as CFO at Pariplay, a position that evolved into VP of Finance at Aristocrat Interactive following the acquisition by Aristocrat.

In the role, he will oversee Games Valley’s financial strategy, support the company’s continued commercial expansion and help build the operational foundations required for sustained growth across regulated markets.

Hart’s appointment comes as Games Valley has been building a new-look leadership team over recent months.

In May, Tereza Melicharkova joined as Marketing Director, having previously led marketing at companies including Elantil, Glitnor Group, Swintt and Relax Gaming. Ariel Reem was appointed CEO in January, with Rob Dowling joining as Advisory Chief Strategy Officer the following month.

The expanded leadership team will support Games Valley's continued focus on regulated market growth, supplier expansion and the development of intelligence-driven tools designed to help operators maximise performance.
