BALTIMORE, Maryland -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- On the eve of a special session of
the Maryland General Assembly to consider legalizing slot machines, outside
experts will convene here on October 26 for a special forum to provide
public officials, media and prospective stakeholders with an independent
view of gaming industry trends.
"The Gaming Industry Today: Facts, Trends and Analysis" is the first in
a series of independent forums for states that are contemplating gaming
legalization.
The forum is presented by Spectrum Gaming Group, an independent
research and professional services firm serving public- and private-sector
clients worldwide. Spectrum and its partners CIBC World Markets, EwingCole
and LPCiminelli will address these topics:
