IGT Reports Quarterly Dividend

RENO, Nevada – (PRESS RELEASE) -- International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of twelve cents ($0.12) per share, payable on January 4, 2005 to shareholders of record on December 21, 2004.
