Income Access responds to the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act

Gaming Affiliate Program Income Access released the following statement to its affiliate partners on Monday, October 2nd, 2006:

As you are probably aware the US passed legislation late on Friday evening that affects payment processing for the gaming industry. We thought we'd take this opportunity to let you know that all activities with our merchants are proceeding as per usual. If anything changes we will let you know immediately.

We know that you probably have your ear to the ground just as we do while information gets disseminated about the legislation and its effects. Nonetheless, we thought we'd assure you that your affiliate account with us was still the same and that your commissions will be processed as usual.

Additionally, if you are looking to diversify your marketing efforts to attract other markets or explore the retail affiliate market, we would be very happy to help you. As you may know, we launched a sister affiliate network to Income Access last year, Share Results, and we have experienced tremendous growth including with some of our gaming affiliates. We would be more than happy to see how we can help you capitalize on your existing efforts and become successful in the retail affiliate world, if you haven't already explored this avenue.
