International Game Technology Declares Quarterly Dividend

RENO, Nevada – (PRESS RELEASE) -- International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of twelve and one-half cents ($0.125) per share, payable on April 4, 2006 to shareholders of record on March 21, 2006.

International Game Technology is a global company specializing in the design, development, manufacturing, distribution and sales of computerized gaming machines and systems products.
