LOUISIANA – As reported by the Shreveport Times: "Penn National Gaming expects to gain approval today from the Louisiana Gaming Control Board to buy the Argosy Casino in Baton Rouge.

"…Penn expects to close on the acquisition of Argosy Gaming Company on Sept. 1, after approval from the gaming board in Illinois, Argosy's home…"
