Matt Heap appointed Managing Director of ProhiBet

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Secure Sports Solutions (S3), the joint venture between Odds On Compliance and U.S. Integrity, is pleased to announce the addition of industry veteran, Matt Heap, to lead ProhiBet, the industry's prohibited bettor solution. Heap brings nearly 30 years of regulatory experience, retiring as the Deputy Director and Chief of Investigations of the Colorado Division of Gaming in June 2022. He joins ProhiBet most recently from GeoComply, where he served as Senior Director, Product Compliance.

Heap will oversee ProhiBet’s strategic direction and operations, working closely with S3's executive teams from Odds On Compliance and U.S. Integrity to further enhance the joint venture's position as a leading provider of sports betting technology solutions.

ProhiBet will be the industry’s only comprehensive solution for monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements for prohibited persons via an encrypted decentralized cross-monitoring and notification platform. Heap joins as U.S. Integrity and Odds On Compliance launch a ProhiBet pilot program involving regulators, sports wagering operators, and sports properties across the industry.
