NetEnt AB changes name, ISIN codes

(PRESS RELEASE) -- In conjunction with the redemption of shares in NetEnt AB, the Company’s class A and class B shares have changed ISIN codes. The new ISIN code for the A share is SE0007074810 and for the B share SE0007074828. The new ISIN codes take effect today. Further, the Company has changed its name to NetEnt AB (publ), previously Net Entertainment NE AB (publ).

At the Annual General Meeting on April 29, 2015 it was decided to distribute capital to the shareholders through an automatic share redemption procedure. Starting today, the NetEnt share is listed excluding the right to redemption shares. A detailed description of the redemption procedure is available on NetEnt’s website at www.netent.com/agm.

At the AGM it was also decided that the company will change its name to NetEnt AB (publ), previously Net Entertainment NE AB (publ), and the name change has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The Company has long been operating under both names and is now aiming for a more effective and clear communication by using one name, NetEnt.
