NJ official to keynote East Coast Gaming Congress

ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Kris Kolluri,
Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Transportation will replace
Governor Jon Corzine as the keynote speaker at the 11th annual East Coast
Gaming Congress, April 30-May 1 at the Atlantic City Convention Center.

Kolluri was sworn into office on March 13, 2006. Prior to that, he
specialized in redevelopment and transportation law and was Chief of Staff
to New Jersey Transportation Commissioner Jack Lettiere. Previously,
Kolluri was Assistant Commissioner of Intergovernmental Relations for the
New Jersey Department of Transportation, in charge of legislative
relations, customer advocacy and public outreach and the divisions of
Policy, Legislation and Regulatory Actions, and Federal and International
Transportation.

"Transportation is critically important to the future of Atlantic City
and we are thrilled to have Commissioner Kolluri join us as our keynote
speaker," said Michael Pollock, managing director of Spectrum Gaming Group,
an organizing producer of the conference. "We understand that Governor
Corzine is unable to participate in the Gaming Congress and we all wish him
a speedy recovery."

Nearly 500 industry professionals are expected to attend the East Coast
Gaming Congress, which covers gaming operations and trends from Maine to
West Virginia to Florida. The program features a CEO roundtable,
presentation of gaming and leisure trends, presentations by the three
largest Indian gaming operators in the East and a special presentation with
top industry executives on the "new Atlantic City."

The conference kicks off with an April 30 golf outing at Atlantic City
Country Club, followed by an evening reception at the 40/40 Club. The
conference program follows on May 1.
