OtherLevels appoints Lu as North American General Manager

(PRESS RELEASE) -- OtherLevels, the leading supplier of Customer Engagement Solutions to the iGaming industry, has announced the appointment of Jenny Lu as North American General Manager.

Ms. Lu has been building and leading world class teams at the intersection of paid media, acquisition, on-line casinos, lotteries and sports betting in North America for over a decade. Prior to joining OtherLevels, Ms. Lu was Director of Sales at Optimove where she led the growth of U.S. and Canadian gaming sales. From 2009 to 2018 she was Director of Account Management at Income Access, a Paysafe company, and previously Director of Client Relationships and Partnerships at Income Access. Ms Lu brings more than a decade of experience in sales, strategic business development, partnerships, client management and marketing.

Ms. Lu holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia.

Ms. Lu has commenced with OtherLevels and will lead and grow the existing established U.S. OtherLevels team.
