Parlay Entertainment, Stan James sign deal

LONDON, United Kingdom –- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Parlay Entertainment Inc. (TSXV: PEI), the world's leading supplier of Internet bingo software, is pleased to announce that Stan James, a leading Internet bookmaker, has signed an agreement to use Parlay bingo technology.

Stan James will launch its online bingo offering in the United Kingdom as well as Spain, where the company's Spanish partners are also owners of a large chain of land-based bingo halls. Stan James Bingo is expected to go live later this summer at Stanjames.com.

Parlay Entertainment provides its bingo software to over 180 bingo sites. In particular, Parlay's UK-facing online bingo sites are expected to see steady increases in new customer acquisitions as England's indoor public smoking ban takes effect on July 1. Similar bans have already been implemented in Wales and Scotland.
