PENNSYLVANIA -- As reported by the Memphis Business Journal: "Penn National Gaming Inc., owner of Hollywood Casino in Tunica, has entered into a preliminary agreement to buy Rosecroft Raceway in Fort Washington, Md. from Cloverleaf Enterprises Inc.
