Penn National lone bid for Kansas casino

"Commissioner Pat Collins said Friday that since Penn National is the only company that submitted a proposal to the commission, it likely would receive the endorsement. The decision is scheduled for 10 a.m.

The tribe is planning to build a $200 million hotel and casino where Kansas, Oklahoma and Missouri meet.
