Playtech completes full rollout of single wallet project with Buzz Bingo

Powered by Playtech's flagship IMS platform, the single wallet instance provides full connectivity across the Buzz Bingo retail and online environments – the culmination of a significant long-term project supporting the Playtech ONE vision. The seamless Wallet allows players to enjoy bingo, slots and other verticals using a single account for both retail and online play, with the flexibility to deposit funds online and use them in a physical club (and vice versa) or withdraw winnings in any location. It also allows for cross-channel CRM activities using the Playtech Engagement Centre toolset, providing a more seamless player experience.
