Raketech acquires Shogun Media

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Raketech, a leading online affiliate and content marketing company, continues to fuel its growth with a majority stake purchase of Shogun Media Ltd, an affiliate media company with extensive expertise in Pay Per Click (PPC) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Shogun Media is a strategic acquisition for Raketech; the founders have years of experience in building high-quality web-traffic products for the iGaming industry. Their expertise will now be at Raketech’s disposal, and the team will continue developing its product offering for gaming operators in both new and existing markets, achieving organic growth and meeting the company’s ambitious targets.

Last year, Raketech established a new operational model where M&A forms one of three strategic growth pillars. Shogun Media is Raketech’s third acquisition since the start of 2018, and twelfth since the start of 2017.

Raketech has acquired a 51% stake of Shogun Media Ltd.
