Scout Gaming signs agreement with Scientific Games

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Scout Gaming has entered into an agreement with Scientific Games Digital, one of the top leading global gaming suppliers. Scout Gaming’s products will be available when requested directly by Scientific Games Digital customers. The SG Digital workforce amounts to over 1,500 members of staff across 34 offices around the world, and has an excess of 200 customers, more than 2,000 games and 40 licenses worldwide. Scientific Games has a turnover of 3 Bn USD and is listed at Nasdaq.

Due to the uncertain timetable of the uptake of our products with SG Digitals operators, Scout Gaming is unable to guide on what impact the deal will have on its 2019 revenues. Scout Gaming’s revenue is on a long-term basis dependent on the end user’s activity on Scout Gaming’s products.
