NORTHFIELD, New Jersey – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Spectrum Gaming Group, responding to the tremendous demand for its research and consulting services, announced the hiring of three veteran industry professionals and the promotion of two current executives.

Ian F. Manning joins Spectrum as Vice President for Investigations. For 20 years, he was an executive regulator in Australia, serving as Director of the Victoria Gaming Authority and was instrumental in developing casinos on behalf of governments in Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide and Launceston. Manning had served as a Spectrum senior consultant for several years.

Shawn K. McCloud, who has been analyzing the gaming industry for more than 13 years, joins Spectrum as Vice President for Analysis. He was most recently Executive Director of Financial & Marketing Analysis for the Tropicana Casino and Resort in Atlantic City. McCloud has extensive experience in such disciplines as customer database analytics, competitive marketing analysis and research, yield management models, financial and strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting models, and labor performance and payroll analysis.

Allison McCoy, who most recently was Conference Director for the Global Gaming Expo, joins Spectrum as Vice President of Business Development. She will be responsible for marketing, business development and production of Spectrum's acclaimed industry conferences, including the East Coast Gaming Congress, Florida Gaming Summit and Pennsylvania Gaming Congress. McCoy is a seasoned marketing professional experienced in all facets of marketing, branding, event planning, promotion and production.

"Allison McCoy, Shawn McCloud and Ian Manning are among the best in their respective fields, and will assume important roles in serving Spectrum's growing - and diverse - client base," said Spectrum Managing Director Fredric E. Gushin.

In addition, Spectrum promoted Harvey B. Perkins and Joseph S. Weinert to Senior Vice Presidents.

Perkins, who joined Spectrum in January 2005, is one of the industry's most highly regarded financial and operational analysts, with extensive experience in strategic planning, market research, financial analysis, internal control preparation, operational audits, profitability analysis, and market analysis.
