Symplify extends MegaRush Casino partnership

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Symplify, the Stockholm-based market leader in CRM and AI cloud solutions, has expanded its partnership with online casino operator, MegaRush Casino.

Following four successful years of collaboration, Symplify will now extend its CRM services to three additional brands under the Megarush license. The online casino provides a mobile-first service that includes a diverse collection of slots, scratchcards, live casino and instant win games.

The new agreement gives MegaRush and its brands access to Symplify’s proprietary Journey Builder and Campaign Manager modules. These tools will enable MegaRush to incorporate another layer of engagement through customized and AI-optimized experiences.

Symplify’s Campaign and Journey Builder modules complement the existing CRM, working across multiple communication channels, with a focus on email, SMS, dynamic web content, and browser push notifications.
