Mighty Medusa is a six-reel, four-row slot based on Greek mythology that features 466 paylines, scatter and wild symbols, a bonus round, and a bonus games feature where warriors battle Medusa herself.

The game contains symbols of the four card ranks, as well as helmets, winged shoes, warriors, and Pegasus. Wins come when three or more connected matching symbols land from left to right.
