Before founding the firm, Adam spent 15+ years in gaming operations and gaming technology — directing slot operations for Crystal Cruises' casino fleet, serving as a Technical Program Manager at Bally Technologies, running casino operational intelligence programs at VizExplorer, and directing the IT PMO at Golden Entertainment through the $700 million Stratosphere hotel-casino renovation and a full casino management system conversion, followed by hands-on work integrating Hard Rock's UNITY loyalty program and PMS systems across dozens of casino, hotel, and restaurant properties.
