GBE Technologies was established in 1999 with a goal to develop a global exchange platform for the trading of sports bets.

Gbet has built its technology around a networked Broker-Exchange model, and it licences its broker software platform to gaming operators globally. This networked model works in much the same way as the poker network model by pooling players from different operators to deliver scale and liquidity.
