VIP Mobility offers an unmatched level of increased security, enhanced game integrity, responsible gaming improvements and a reduction in anonymous activity. VIP Mobility provides issuance and real-time tracking of the casino patron’s TITO ticket via scanning an existing voucher or via their VIP Preferred e-check accounts. The solution allows guests to easily pair their mobile device to any slot or table game by scanning a QR code and easily reloading and retrieving funds from their phone once playing is complete. VIP Mobility leverages the casino’s existing regulated touch points of the bill validator, slot machine, and TITO kiosks to digitize and enhance the TITO system. A VIP Mobility Kiosk is a TITO ticket redemption unit that features the capability to issue and redeem tickets as well as process ATM, credit card and POS debit cash advance, and VIP Preferred® check cashing transactions.
Security and Fraud > VIP Shield
VIP Shield provides casinos with a new level of compliance assistance by automating Anti-Money Laundering and IRS reporting processes, including Multiple Transaction Log (MTL), Negotiable Instrument Log (NIL), Monetary Instrument Log (MIL) and chip log transactions, as well as Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR).
